Relax Yoga

Breathe slowly to warm up your body.
We will gradually focus our attention from the outer world to the inner world.

As you move through each pose, you will feel the movement of your muscles, stretching and contracting them, releasing tightness and revitalising them.

The focus is on the pelvic area and hip joints, with particular attention to the pelvic floor muscles.

Back pain, stiff shoulders, chronic fatigue, irregular menstruation, menstrual cramps, menopause, constipation, urine leakage, coldness, mental fatigue and anxiety can all be gradually improved with continued classes.

This class is a gentle and relaxing way to stretch your body, mind and joints.

The class is moderate in intensity and is suitable for beginners, men and women.

There will be no facial yoga in this class. This is a body yoga class only.

How to apply

1. Login to Yukiko Yoga. If you do not have an account, please register here.

2. Purchase the ticket "Personal session 1 or 4" in the shop.

3. After purchasing your ticket, please contact me here. I will contact you by email.

4. When you make a request, please put "Subject: "Relax yoga 1 or 4 request".

5. Personal sessions will take place online through Skype. If you do not have Skype account yet, please resister here.

Please read below

Make sure before the session starts that your system is supported and equipped with a video camera.

If you are using a mobile device ensure that it is placed on a stand and that you can move and use your hands freely.
Position yourself so that there is good light and good framing so that I can check that your poses are correct.

Please prepare a yoga mat or bath towel.
