We have a new class, Relax Yoga.
Breathe slowly to warm up your body.
We will focus on the pelvic area and hip joints, working all the muscles in the body, with particular attention to the pelvic floor muscles.
This class is a gentle and relaxing way to stretch your body, mind and joints.
Back pain, stiff shoulders, chronic fatigue, irregular menstruation, menstrual cramps, menopause, constipation, urine leakage, coldness, mental fatigue and anxiety will gradually improve with continued classes.
There will be no facial yoga in this class. This is a body yoga class only.
