Every time we take some photos before and after a facial yoga class to compare, I am always pleased to see that everyone’s faces are definitely more lifted and their lines and wrinkles are lighter.

You can feel the rejuvenation of your face, so please come to class for a photo at the end of the class.

As you continue to keep posing in class, it’s easier to keep your facial muscles pulled up and you’ll be more likely to spend time with a vivid, happy face.

The benefit of smiling is that even if you are not happy (we all have those moments), if you smile, even if you are just making a face, your brain will know that you are happy.

Once the brain receives that you are happy, it will gradually have a positive effect on how you feel (depending on the individual and the scale of the problem) and you will gradually feel better.

My facial yoga classes are developed to prevent and improve problems in the face, neck and décolletage area through training, and to make you smile with me so that you can experience the relaxing and happy effects of facial muscle to brain and brain to mind.
